INANI Group (founded by HR Inani family of Hyderabad), has presence in Hyderabad for more than 14 decades, as indegenious bankers to the estate of PRIME MINISTER of erstwhile princely states of Nizams. INANI’s slowly ventured in commodities trading in Cotton, oil etc., and set up Cotton Ginning factories in state of A.P. The business was expanded by entering into distributorships of FMCG products and textiles. The group entered in stockbroking by acquiring a membership card at Hyderabad Stock Exchanges (HSE) in 1984. Subsequently expanded the activity by forming this company in year 1994, which went public in year 1996 and got listed at HSE & BSE.
The company is a member of both premier stock Exchanges of country viz., NSE (in all the segments: Cash, F&O, Currency futures & Interest Rate futures) besides at BSE. To maintain synergy in business, we became Depository participant also, with CDSL. The group ventured into commodity broking by becoming a member of MCX, through its Group Company. We seek to extend our capability further & carve out a niche as a key finance-related company offering diversified financial services, that comprises of the following :
1. Mr. Shrigopal Inani is the Chairman of the Company, has vast experience in banking & finance Industry. Coming from a family of indigenous bankers, he was Director of THE A.P. MAHESH CO-OPERATIVE URBAN BANK LTD., Hyderabad (a scheduled bank with deposits exceeding Rs.500 Cr.) for around 25 years. He was also vice -Chairman of the said bank. He was Mg. Committee Member of Federation of A.P. Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FAPCCI). He has been connected with many social & religious institutions and was founder president of "SECUNDERABAD CLOTH MERCHANTS ASOCIATION". 2. Mr. Lakshmikanth Inani is the Managing Director of the Company. A Commerce graduate, he was a member of THE HYDERBAD STOCK EXCHANGE LTD., served elected as director on the Governing Board of the said exchange. Thereafter he functioned as Chairman of the Association of NSE Members of India (A.P. Chapter). He was the Co-Chairman of Company Law and Capital Market Committee of FAPCCI (Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Hyderabad). 3. Mr. Ramakanth Inani, a Civil Engineer was a member of HSE since 1985 and has vast experience in Stock broking. He had undergone the Certificate Course on "Portfolio Management" from IIM Ahmedabad. Being a member of "HSE", he had served as member on various Committees under it. He is an elected member of the Managing Committee of FAPCCI (Federation of A.P. Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and served on various sub-committees of the said Chamber. Presently he is the Chairman of Infrastructure committee of the said FAPCCI. He has also rich experience in commodity trading such as Cotton, Cottonseeds, and Oils etc. 4. Sri Vishnukanth Inani, a commerce graduate had undergone Diploma Course in "PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT" from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has rich experience of more than 10 years as Chief Dealer in Family Broking Firms. He controls the Company’s Branch Office at Mumbai, which handles institutional business for the Company. Securities Trading A corporate member of NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE in both Capital Market and Derivatives segments. The company is also member of other premier exchange of the country i.e., BSE, besides MCX-SX. To add synergy in operations, the Company also became Depository participant with CDSL. We undertake buying and selling of shares for individuals, HNI’s and corporate besides for institutional clients; provide advisory board services to clients in taking investment decisions in purchase and sale of shares, units of Mutual Funds etc. Our research team extends advisory to clients (HNI’s and corporate in taking investment decisions in buying & selling of Shares/Stocks/units of MF, etc. The membership ID's & SEBI registration numbers are as under:
Our Company is registered with Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) and is authorized for distribution of products (units etc.,) issued by Mutual funds. Our registration number with AMFI i.e. ARN Number is 4826. Equity Research Cell Equipped with a database of over 4000 companies backed up by continuous updating by experienced professionals in touch with latest trend in market growth potential. Investment decisions are taken while deciding on own investment portfolio and recommendations to clients based upon the studies consequently minimizing investment risks. The division is releasing research reports periodically. Insurance Our company and associate Company is Corporate agent for many Life Insurance Companies namely Life Insurance Corporation Of India Ltd., Birla Sunlife Insurance Co. Ltd, * and many more. Wealth Management Services The Consultancy division of the Company provides consultancy to its customers in areas of Corporate Financing, Real Estates and personal taxation matters. EXIM Services Our group company M/s Pramila Impex is dealers in Exim scrips i.e. DEPB/DFRC licenses. |
